Information you provide
The enquiry form collects your name, organisation, email address, optional phone number, selected service and message. It also records the submission date and an enquiry reference. A one-way hash derived from your network address and the date is used to limit rapid repeat submissions; the original network address is not stored by the enquiry application. Please do not include sensitive personal information or records about people receiving care.
How we use your information
We use your details to assess and respond to your enquiry, discuss a proposed engagement and keep a record of the correspondence. We do not use this form to subscribe you to marketing.
Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract where applicable, or our legitimate interests in handling business enquiries. Ticking the form acknowledgement records that you have seen this notice; it is not a marketing consent.
Where enquiries are held
Enquiries are stored in the website’s hosted storage using the ChatGPT Sites platform and Cloudflare infrastructure. Access to the website inbox is restricted to the authorised Eyfer account. Correspondence by email or phone is handled through Eyfer’s business communication services. Service providers may process technical information required to operate and secure their services.
Retention
We review enquiries and retain them only while needed to respond, manage a potential engagement or meet applicable record-keeping requirements. If you want an enquiry removed, contact us using the details above. Any information needed for an agreed client engagement will be handled under the arrangements for that service.
Cookies and external services
The website does not add advertising or analytics trackers. ChatGPT Sites may use authentication and security cookies to control access and operate hosting. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts; your browser may share technical request information, including your IP address, with that service when fetching fonts. External links, including LinkedIn and Companies House, have their own privacy notices.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or object to or request restriction of processing where applicable.
